NTRAIN GOING VIRTUAL

Due to concerns about a posssible government shutdown, Coast Guard Auxiliary leadership has just announced that the NTrain, scheduled for 3 March thru 10 March 2024, will not be a live event this year, but will be held on-line.  Further info to follow.


We had a very nice Change of Watch meeting 11/30/23 at Scotty's Restaurant in Ludington.  Great meeting, great food, good time.  Our own State Representative Curt Vanderwall helped administer the oaths of office.  Here's a link to some photos:

FAMILY AFFAIR

The Ludington Fl;otilla participated in the annual Family AfFair event at the Scottville High School, on March 18, 2023.  A good time was had by over 2,000 kids and 75 exhibitors.  Here's a link to some photos:  Family AfFair 23


Manistee Flotilla 31-08 has been disbanded effective 12/31/22 due to declining membership.  Members of the Manistee Flotilla are transferring to the Ludington Flotilla.  Welcome Aboard!

Station Ludington building

  Notice!

During months when Sta. Ludington is manned, meetings are held at Station Ludington, with online participation using Zoom. During late Fall and Winter, our Flotilla meetings have frequently been held at the Ludington Library, in the Zonta or Rotary Room.  Meetings are still the second Thursday of the month, at 6:30 pm.    Location for 2022 Winter meetings will be the Ludington Library, with zoom participation as well.


  NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHER REGULATIONS - Effective April 22, 2022, fire extinguishers older than 12 years are considered expired and must be replaced.  For details, click here.

Beginning each Spring, you can Text 45024 to (866) 218-9973 to get instant wind/temp/waves.  The website is better than ever and shows a great map of buoy info.  Here's a link:
